Do you know how you will be spending your 4th of July holiday? If you’re still looking for ideas, here’s my 2021 guide to all the best celebrations taking place across Metro Atlanta in honor of our nation’s birthday.
Happy 4th of July!
Alpharetta – Wills Park (July 4th): The city of Alpharetta will set off fireworks just after dusk on Sunday, July 4th.

Atlanta Braves – (July 2nd and July 4th): Root on the Braves at their 7:20 pm game on July 2nd vs the Florida Marlins and enjoy fireworks after the game! The Braves host the Marlins again on July 4th at 1:20 pm.
Cumming Fairgrounds (July 3rd and 4th): Fireworks and activities will take place the evening of July 3rd from 4 pm – 10 pm, and a steam engine parade will take place at 10 am on the 4th.
Decatur Square (July 4th): While there will be no parade or concert this year, the City of Decatur plans to launch its annual fireworks from the top of the Dekalb County Parking Deck on Sunday, July 4, beginning at dark.
Cumming Fairgrounds (July 3rd and 4th): Fireworks and activities will take place the evening of July 3rd from 4 pm – 10 pm, and a steam engine parade will take place at 10 am on the 4th.

Duluth Town Green (July 3rd): Festivities (which include food, music, kid activities and fireworks) start at 5:30 pm on July 3rd in Duluth.
Dunwoody (July 5th): Take note of the date on this year's event...the annual Dunwoody 4th of July Parade will kick off at 9 a.m. on Monday, July 5th.
Lilburn – City Park (July 3rd): Lilburn's Sparkle in the Park starts at 5:30 pm on Saturday, July 3rd and will include a variety of food, inflatables, face painters, balloon artists, performance by the GLOW Band and fireworks extravaganza!

Marietta Square (July 3rd): The City of Marietta's 4th In The Park Celebration begins Saturday, July 3, 2021 at 10:00am and includes a parade, free live concerts, arts and crafts show, food, carnival games and fireworks finale.
Norcross – Lillian Webb Park (July 3rd): Norcross’ Red, White and Boom celebration is back on July 3rd! The event starts at 5 pm and will feature food trucks, games, and live music.
Roswell Area Park (July 4th) – Visit Roswell on July 4th for live music, entertainment, and food trucks. Bring your chairs and blankets to spread out at one of several fireworks viewing areas throughout the park. Event starts at 5:30 and Fireworks will start at sunset.

Sandy Springs (July 4th): Sandy Springs' Stars and Stripes Celebration takes place on Sunday, July 4th. The Rupert’s Orchestra will rock the City Green at 7:30 p.m., and fireworks will start at 9:30 p.m.
Stone Mountain Park (July 1st – 5th): A full fireworks display will take place after every lasershow from July 1st through the 5th.
