Kentucky Derby Watch Party

The 152nd Kentucky Derby is this Saturday, May 2nd. As we all know, the Derby is far more than a horse race, it’s a long-standing tradition – and an excellent reason for a party! 1) How to Watch

Live coverage begins at 12:00 PM ET on Peacock and NBCSN and continues throughout the day on NBC and Peacock at 2:30 PM. The race is scheduled to begin at 6:57 pm.

• Bet which horse will finish last, instead of first

• Ask each guest to contribute a sum of money (or m&ms or anything else you like) to a pool – or just spring for the pool yourself.

• Put the names of all the Derby horses for a particular race in a hat.

• Allow your guests to draw the name of a horse out of the hat.

• Whoever has the name of the horse that wins the race wins the pool.
