The question, “What do I pack for lunch?” has become one I dread each and every morning. Whether you’re packing your kids’ school lunches or your own for work, I am sure you can relate to the stress that lunch prep adds to your daily routine.

With the new school year quickly approaching, I’ve started compiling a list of easy and healthy lunch ideas to keep on hand for those busy weekday mornings. Below are some of my favorite resources, and I was eager to share them with you in hopes they can inspire your school and work lunches.

Family Fresh Meals: Filled with recipes the whole family will enjoy, this site has a special section dedicated to Lunch Box Ideas (my favorite list is the 50 Work Lunch Box Ideas).

What Lisa Cooks: Lisa has the ultimate list of school lunch ideas, sharing what she packs for her kids each and every day. Be sure to follow her blog once the 2016-2017 school year kicks off, but you can view her past year lunches here and here. And don’t miss her Tips for Packing Lunches Ahead of Time

Laura Fuentes: Though no recipes are provided, Laura shares over 75 healthy lunch ideas that are easy to pack for your work day.

Power Your Lunchbox: By pledging to eat a healthier lunch throughout the year, Power Your Lunchbox provides you with access to recipes and ideas. Plus, they also make a donation to Feeding America. You can’t take the pledge for 2016 until August 8th, but you can view some of their healthy lunch ideas here.
